We were commissioned to design a contemporary family kitchen in the traditional Shaker style — a space that would reflect the character of a modern, vibrant family and support their busy lifestyle. The owners are passionate cooks with a significant social media following, so the kitchen needed to work as both a family hub and a stage for recipe content. A generous island provided the perfect setting for cooking, entertaining guests, and filming, while thoughtful storage kept the space practical and uncluttered. Every detail was considered — from clever solutions for frequently used appliances to discreet pocket doors, ensuring the most important cabinet of all was always within reach: The drinks cabinet.
