Dog Gate

Our beautifully crafted dog gate is designed to keep small dogs out of certain areas when needed, and can be easily moved and stored out of the way when not in use. Each gate can be personalised to your requirements, with custom engraving and a colour of your choice.

Returns

• As each gate is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or design preference.

Faults & Defects

• In the unlikely event your gate arrives with a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
• We will also cover all postage costs for returning the faulty item and sending the repaired or replacement gate.

How to Report a Fault

• Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods if you believe your gate has a defect.
• Email contact@fernefurniture.co.uk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Keep all original packaging until we confirm next steps. We’ll arrange collection and repair/replacement promptly.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Service

• We offer free delivery on all gates, with no hidden costs.
• Orders are dispatched via our trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Times

• As each gate is handcrafted to order, please allow 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

Receiving Your Order

• All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed address.
• If you are unable to receive the delivery, our courier will leave instructions to rearrange.

Damages in Transit

• Please inspect your gate upon delivery.
• Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, including clear photographs of the product and packaging, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
