At FERNÉ, every dog gate is handcrafted with care and precision. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
- As each gate is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or design preference.
Faults & Defects
- In the unlikely event your gate arrives with a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
- We will also cover all postage costs for returning the faulty item and sending the repaired or replacement gate.
How to Report a Fault
- Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods if you believe your gate has a defect.
- Email contact@fernefurniture.co.uk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Keep all original packaging until we confirm next steps. We’ll arrange collection and repair/replacement promptly.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Receiving Your Order
- All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed address.
- If you are unable to receive the delivery, our courier will leave instructions to rearrange.
Damages in Transit
- Please inspect your gate upon delivery.
- Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, including clear photographs of the product and packaging, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
